I don’t want to close.,

October 24th, 2007

I have a computer configuration that changes the often, but Now let me come to the point., I have kept my CPU open for a quite a long time for several reasons,
1. As my friends need my DVD writer.
2. I Test several drives that makes me lazy to screw the cabinet door back.
3. I’m afraid whether my computer might get heated up inspite of and SERVER fan fixed to it.
4. I feel that my computer is under my control if its open.
5. I’m able to fix another hard disks to it whenever i need it.
6. I Keep disc’s inside of the new data that i downloaded away from my sister, or else she’ll take it and never return.
7. I sometimes even keep my screw driver if i think i will definitely forget it afterwards.

All these have led to discoveries of old eaten biscuits, chips, chocolates and other eatables inside my cabinet after they have all gone.., First i was wondering how it managed to find the cabinet, but then i realized that it nicely slipped down from my keyboard tray. I decided to close my cabinet once and for all, then i really did it. Zap, now my CPU looks different, i felt a bit happy as I’m seeing my CPU closed after some three or four years. I started the UPS, then pressed my power button and i see that my computer won’t start! Damn! I opened it and saw then checked it for any loose connections and finally fixed it back again, restarted my comp. It started running., happy me. Then i restart to check for any malfunction, now it stops and never boots again ! I’m now totally pissed ! Then i managed to work wit my PC open forever ! My PC needs to get fresh air as i do which makes it stubborn not to get switched on after it’s cabinet is closed.

See the pic here.,
