Indians to get Salary hike
I remember Marc say that the increase in the value for Indian currency compared to US Dollars is a bad thing for MNC companies and its employees, but i think this year its good for all the employees since its going to be a 14% hike in their salary. That would be around 25% hike overall when compared to the year 2005.

Everyone is saying that due to the decrease in dollar value pay will decrease and you are saying the opposite.
