This kind of the lag with employees can cause serious losses for companies since they have the risk to loose customers. All this could be avoided when there is a proper training available for all those who really need them. This proves to be good especially for Sales Training as they are the people who are the factor for the companies success in this competitive world. I suggest that the training should be done scientifically through some company rather than their own employers who would whine to do that.

Though he wanted games, we had some problems buying them cos of some reason. But now i’m going to buy him the game he wanted for free since he wanted that on birthday.
