All people are always not suited for the job they do. But they take their own time to get adjusted to the office environment and work. This kind of the lag with employees can cause serious losses for companies since they have the risk to loose customers. All this could be avoided when there is a proper training available for all those who really need them. This proves to be good especially for Sales Training as they are the people who are the factor for the companies success in this competitive world. I suggest that the training should be done scientifically through some company rather than their own employers who would whine to do that.
