Bajaj Finance at its Worst, believe me.
I was forced to quit riding the Good old scooter and buy a CT100. We opted for BAJAJ Finance thinking that they would be better since its their own Financing service, But we were totally wrong. This all started when the BAJAJ Finance had to shift from their previous location at Mount Road to a Crappy place nearby. They did not inform us anything., and when the ECS bounced {Since we didn’t operate a specific bank because my dad took a Voluntary Retirement} they simply would call us and collect the cash every month. I thought see thats a good service from BAJAJ, But it all was wrong when they charged me 2500 Rs. for the bouncing of 8 ECS clearances. But it was not my mistake while i asked the person wat was the procedure to change the bank details? and then the contact number in the reciept was all wrong.
Dad got pissed off and then he paid all the rest of the EMI as DD and then settled the damn EMI thing. BAJAJ Services SUCK big TIME dude. So don’t buy BAJAJ Products.

Hi My Name is L. Narasimha Prakash. I am very sorry to inform you that there is no responsible now in your organization.
Yes I am very happy to say that I had taken my first loan on my 2 Wheeler Bajaj Wind 125, KA 01 EG 407 took me only one day for the approval and got my bike on the second day. I was very happy on that some one kept the trust on me and given me the loan I was not even working at that time was a free lancer.
When I applied for my second load that was for Laptop took me only 2days and the laptop was in my hand I was very happy that Bajaj finance has kept the same standards of the service this time also.
There were no black marks in my records and I have kept your belief and paid back the entire amount at the right time.
After a long time I got a message on my cell telling that you have a pre approved load in my name and enquired about it to the call center people they said yes you have of Rs : 1, 45,000/- and it takes only 4 working days for the process you even now don’t know weather I am working or not, I am very happy for this was in December 12th then I made my plans for this were i wanted to lay tails for my home so I made payment on my credit card payment there on 27th of December 2008 my billing date of my card is on 26th of every month then the person from Bajaj finance come to my home on 3rd of Jan 2009 took all the necessary documents and told me it will take 6 working days for the DD to come to your home (now see there is a big change in 4 days and 6 days) the person name is Pradeep his M:09886522464 then I was very happy that you have so much belief on me and there was a enquire person coming to my office and to my home after all this process now I called this person that’s Mr. Pradeep on 12th were it is 9th day after the documents produced then he says to wait for 2 more days I did that and called him on 14th he said it may reach today or on 15th Jan. Then there was another call to him on 16th aski9ng for whats happening he said on idea I will get back to you he never did that again called on 17th he did not have any clue of this. Then I asked him for the responsible person’s number to whom I can speak and know about my status he gives the number 020- 40039999 when I called this number this was a customer care number were they had no idea of any thing then they also gave the same answer telling that wait for 2 more days lets see it may have been dispatched, he was not sure about that I again called the same number on 21st Jan they didn’t have any clue of the matter. Then I thought let me call up the number who had given me the offer 020- 41004600 then they were also not of the help no one is giving me the responsible and capable person’s name or number who can answer me and today 23rd Jan 2009 I called up and took some class to the 020- 40039999 number at 12.10pm he was very rude to me after me being rude he gave the number of Mr. Verendher and told call and find out what has happened to your process. Wow at last some body responsible I got then called his number M: 09342281640 at 12:15pm he just said it is dispatched to your address then I told him I have not yet received. Then he tells me to call up at 3:00pm or else he will check in person and get back to me regarding this at 3:00pm 23rd Jan he never turns back I called him at 6:00pm again he did not have any clue said it should have come I said no I have not yet received then he tells that ho it is 20 days you have given the application then he keeps me on the wait and says that it may be returned (He is not sure about it) then tells me there are 20 cheque returned in that yours also might be one and asked Might be? He said I will check and tell again keeps me on hold for 2 min and gives me the number tell me to call up the Blue Dart number then I did call them on 080-25231234 and the packet number was 12016645513 called up bluedart and sorry to hear that this number was not of mine it was some Mr. Shukla form Mathikere gokula. So now what should I do called up again Mr. Verendher then he tells me I am helpless call Pune peoples I have no idea of your Dock then I said no idea? Who is responsible for this then he gives back the same Pradeep 09886522464 number he will have all the details so the same repeated called him again at 7:00pm he also gives me the same fake bluedart number and when he came to know that I have already don the enquire then he says I also have no idea and I can also not give the higher peoples number I can give only call center number and washes his hand.
Now let me know there is any thing happening to my Documents or this is only all are playing games with the customers .
So I am helplessly raising this mail so some body will take some care of this issue or simply let it go like all the other junk mails you get in your mail box.
Very sorry to say that pre-approved loan do not reach the people after 20days also were it was suppose to reach in 4days.
At least now any one would take this and response and give me the feed back.
